Hi, I am Viviane.

After years of burnout and chronic symptoms, I discovered the transformative power of working with, not against, my nervous system. Now, as a Neurosomatic Practitioner and Stress, Anxiety + Chronic Pain Coach, I help others find relief, resilience, and self-trust through neuroscience, somatic integration, and breathwork.

My integrative approach blends nervous system regulation, emotional processing, behavioral rewiring, and trauma-informed care, all grounded in evidence-based tools that create new neural pathways for safety and ease.

I work with the breath, somatic practices, pain reprocessing therapy, applied neurology, and guided visualization to help you reconnect with your body and shift out of chronic stress patterns. This work engages both your physiology and your deeper learned responses, supporting change at the levels where old patterns were formed.
