Hi, I am Viviane. As a Neurosomatic + Somatic Trauma Therapist, I support high-achieving professionals in breaking the cycle of burnout, stress, anxiety, chronic migraines, insomnia, and other autoimmune diseases that hinder them from reaching new heights in their careers and relationships. I create lasting change in the brain and nervous system for my clients using science-based neurosomatic methods and applied neurology. By enhancing safety and regulation within each unique system, this approach enables individuals to shift behaviors, increase productivity, and live more fulfilled lives.

Having Neurosomatic Intelligence means we understand that everything we do impacts our nervous system and that if we want to experience new outputs in any area of our life we must know how to work with the nervous system.

It is also the ability to recognize how sensory and cognitive inputs are affecting the nervous system and to be able to intentionally change inputs to produce positive adaption in the nervous system that allows for increased regulation, performance, behavior change and trauma repatterning.

Neurosomatic Intelligence Therapy integrates applied neurology, somatic exercises, and targeted interventions to promote safety, increase capacity, and regulate the nervous system. Utilizing specialized tools and drills, we address deficits in the interoceptive, exteroceptive, and proprioceptive systems, emphasizing the critical role of optimizing inputs. Recognizing that performance mode is unattainable when the body is in survival mode, our foremost objective is to establish safety within the body. This foundation lays the groundwork for resilience and facilitates the achievement of personal goals.
