Frequently Asked Questions

  • No.

I am not a psychotherapist, and this work is not psychotherapy.

My work is a neurosomatic brain–body approach that focuses on helping the nervous system update patterns related to stress, anxiety, and persistent physical symptoms.

We work with sensory systems, subconscious processes, and brain–body retraining to support the system in shifting out of chronic stress responses and protective patterns.

This work can complement therapy or medical care. Many people find it especially helpful alongside therapy as their nervous system builds more safety and capacity.

  • Yes.

All of my work is trauma-informed, carefully titrated, and designed to keep your nervous system within a tolerable range so change can happen safely. You remain in full control throughout the process.

Rather than forcing emotional release, we focus on helping the nervous system update protective patterns that may have developed in response to past stress or experiences.

Using neurosomatic work, applied neurology tools, medical hypnosis, and restorative practices such as NSDR + Yoga Nidra, we introduce new inputs that allow the brain and body to gradually shift out of patterns of threat, anxiety, or persistent symptoms.

I also integrate principles from Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Somatic Tracking to help the brain reinterpret signals of danger and reduce chronic pain patterns over time.

  • Yes! My work is fully virtual, making it accessible from anywhere in the world. This allows you to experience the work in your own environment, where you can feel most at ease.

  • The brain rewires through repetition and safety, not force. Meeting weekly supports that process and helps your system integrate the tools more effectively. As your capacity grows, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions based on your needs and progress.

  • Shifting long-standing stress patterns in the brain and nervous system is a highly individual and often non-linear process.

Change happens through repeated experiences that allow the brain to receive clearer information, update its predictions, and gradually move out of protective patterns.

Some people notice shifts in state, clarity, or symptoms after the first session. For others, change unfolds more gradually as the nervous system integrates new patterns over time.

Many people begin with a 3-session package to experience the work and explore what their nervous system responds to best. Sessions may focus on Neurosomatic support, Medical Hypnosis, or NSDR + Yoga Nidra depending on what feels most supportive for you.

For deeper and more lasting change, working together over a longer period allows the brain and nervous system more time to integrate and stabilize new patterns.

  • No.

Many people prefer to begin with a few sessions and then decide how they would like to continue.

Longer programs simply allow more time for the brain and nervous system to integrate and stabilize new patterns.

You can start wherever feels right for you.

“Anxiety and overwhelm used to be my default state, so much so that I didn’t even recognize it when it was happening. After my first session with Viviane, I felt different: more grounded and more present.

Now I can feel the ebb and flow. I notice when it rises, and I’m able to pause before it takes over. I’ve been letting myself move through it instead of holding it in, stress processing as needed, and it’s created space for lightness and fun I haven’t felt in years.

Thank you, Viviane, for helping me enjoy my life and my family again.”
