I am not a psychotherapist, and this work is not psychotherapy.
My work combines integrative medical hypnosis with a neurosomatic brain–body approach that focuses on helping the nervous system and subconscious mind update patterns related to stress, anxiety, and persistent physical symptoms.
We work with sensory systems, subconscious processes, and brain–body retraining to support the system in shifting out of chronic stress responses and protective patterns.
This work can complement therapy or medical care. Many people find it especially helpful alongside therapy as their nervous system builds more safety, flexibility, and capacity.

All of my work is trauma-informed, carefully titrated, and designed to support the nervous system within a tolerable range so change can happen safely. You remain in full control throughout the process.
Rather than forcing emotional release, we focus on helping the brain, nervous system, and subconscious mind update protective patterns that may have developed in response to past stress, pain, or difficult experiences.

Meeting weekly supports that process and helps your nervous system integrate hypnosis, neurosomatic tools, and new patterns more effectively. As these changes take root, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions whenever you feel ready.

Change happens through repeated experiences that help the system receive clearer information, update patterns, and gradually move out of protective responses.
Some people notice shifts after the first few session, while for others change unfolds more gradually over time.

Longer programs simply allow more time for the brain and nervous system to integrate and stabilize new patterns.
